BRING SOME BOLLYWOOD TO YOUR WORKOUT!

Here’s your chance to shake some Bollywood moves of your own…

To celebrate Vivacity and Phizzical’s co-production of Bring on the Bollywood at the Key Theatre (Thursday August 24 – Saturday August 26) the cast of Bring on the Bollywood will be descending on Peterborough a day early, contributing to Vivacity’s health and fitness offer with a special edition one-off South Asian inspired Bollywood Zumba class.

Bring on the BollyZumba is a high intensity, full body workout which:

  1. Burns calories fast, helping with weight loss

  2. Helps build muscle tone (especially core strength)

  3. Is dance-led, set to upbeat Bollywood music meaning you can get fit whilst having fun.

Director of Phizzical Sâmir Bhamra says: “Bring on the Bollywood is a show that gives people a ‘taste of India’ with real Bollywood actors, singers and dancers live on stage. What the Bring on the BollyZumba fitness class offers is something for people who aren’t just content to sit back and watch but who want something extra and like to get involved. It’s a really fun class for people who care a lot about their fitness but want to try out something new.

“It takes place at the Key Theatre the night before our first show too so people can come down, try out some of these dance routines to get fit and then come back and see some of what they’ve been learning in action on the stage. A real chance to say ‘I can do that!’”
