HOT NEW COLLABORATION – THE VAMPIRE’S WIFE X H&M

ESP’s fashion expert, personal stylist Karen Miller, has the latest on a hot fashion collaboration you shouldn’t miss…

If you’re interested in developments in the fashion world you will have noticed the hype surrounding H&M’s collaborations with designers at prices that are a fraction of the price but with the same amazing designs and creativity as the main line designer ranges.

Starting in 2004 the long list of collabs started with Karl Largerfeld (Chanel) creating a capsule brand of menswear and womenswear with the retailer. The collection sold out within minutes, with people queuing outside the London store for hours before opening.

This set the bar for future collaborations which have seen H&M join forces with brands such as Stella McCartney, Viktor & Rolf, Roberto Cavalli, Comme Des Garcons, Jimmy Choo, Versace, Balmain and many more.

If you can get your hands on some of these iconic pieces you’ll be buying into a little piece of designer history, that in time may well see themselves increasing in value on the ‘preloved’ market.

H&M’s latest forthcoming collaboration with designer brand ‘The Vampires Wife’ is available in stores and online from 22 October 2020.

The Vampire’s Wife is the British cult brand that artists, movie stars and fashion insiders love. Founded in 2016 the brand is known for its figure hugging silhouettes, exaggerated shoulders, ruffles and a love of vintage design.

This is one collaboration you won’t want to miss if you love unusual and individual items that are wearable and glamorous at the same time.

Garments are made from sustainably sourced materials and the collection combines edgy, bold silhouettes with beautiful feminine fabrics, soft lace, ruffles and sheer materials along with gorgeous jewellery in keeping with the mainline brand offerings.
