Oktoberfest – the Bavarian wunderland is coming to Peterborough for the first time.
Dust off your lederhosen, grab your stein and head off to Peterborough’s Ferry Meadows for Oktoberfest later this month!
With a giant Big Top in place, Ferry Meadows will be transformed into a Bavarian wunderland on Saturday September 28, offering a taste of authentic German culture, traditional street food cuisine and only the best Oktoberfest bier.
The day will include hours of entertainment from the terrific oompah band Oompahlievable, plus incredible tribute acts including an Oasis tribute, amazing Oktoberfest drag performers, Bavarian sing along cover bands, a very special Oktoberfest DJ and much more!
The organisers S T Event Management host events across East Anglia and are “excited to bring this special event to Ferry Meadows in Peterborough for the first time”.
Gates will open at 1pm, with the event running through until 10pm (last entry will be 6pm).
The event is open to over-18s only and there will be parking available at the Ferry Meadows car park.
