PETERBOROUGH AND THE TITANIC

Fascinated by the story of the Titanic? Here’s your chance to find out more about the city’s links to the tragedy.

Peterborough Museum will be hosting a fascinating talk on the city’s connection to the sinking of the Titanic in 1912 on Saturday April 13, at 7.30pm.

Stuart Orme, Heritage Interpretation Manager at Vivacity will be looking further into the tragic story, revealing what really happened on board and the little known connections to Peterborough the incident had.

Spaces are limited for this popular lecture, so pre-booking is strongly recommended. The talk will be illustrated and discussion with the audience is encouraged.

Tickets are priced at £5 for adults and £3 for concessions and Heritage Pass holders. Tickets can be booked through Peterborough Museum on 01733 864663 or by emailing museum@vivacity-peterborough.com.
