SACREWELL FARM NEAR PETERBOROUGH GETS READY TO SCARE-WELL THIS HALLOWEEN

Sacrewell farm is getting ready to transform into ‘Scare-well’ for Halloween with spooky trails, pumpkins and ghostly goings on to keep the kids entertained.

Running from Saturday October 24 to Sunday November 1, the Scarewell @ Sacrewell event is being run on a pre-booked basis only.

Brave children of all ages can take the Spooky Mill Walk, keeping their eyes peeled for some colourful characters along the way. Plus, youngsters can enjoy a Halloween-themed chocolate making experience with Stamford Heavenly Chocolates – based on site in the Artisan Courtyard – or take a chocolate kit away with them to do at home. All three activities are included in the Scarewell Pass.

A Scarewell Pass is given to all child admissions aged two to 12 years and includes one pumpkin per passport. A stamp will be made on each section as they visit. Prices are from £12.50 for a Scarewell Pass, £6 for an adult, £4.80 for concessions, and under twos are free. Additional Passes are just £8.

Children are encouraged to dress up and wear a scary costume for this fun day out with plenty of fun and games to enjoy across the popular farm, including hunting the Spooks in the Maze of Mystery and visiting the Witches’ Dell down by the Mill Pond or grab a wheelbarrow and visit the giant pumpkin patch.

Sacrewell is located is just off the A47 near Wansford, Peterborough (PE8 6HJ). Visitors can find more information about Scarewell @ Sacrewell with links for booking at www.sacrewell.org.uk/events/pumpkin-festival-october-half-term
