If you go down to Sacrewell this August you’re sure of a Big Surprise!
Kids love their teddies and if you’re looking for something to do to get them outdoors, pop Teddy in your bag and head over to Sacrewell Farm and Heritage Centre with the kids for this fun weekend on August 6 and 7.
Sacrewell is a great place to visit any time with lots to do and see for all the family and some fantastic outdoor play areas but on this weekend it’s all about Teddy!
There are loads of themed activities including the chance to enter the best dressed teddy and owner competition and take part in the daily special teddy parade.
The kids can settle down and watch some teddy bear on screen action whilst the adults explore and sample all the delights of their artisan courtyard, from chocolate to gin, art to cheese and more.
They can even enjoy meet and greets with Sacrewell’s own resident teddy bear throughout the day. There’ll be fun games with their teddy team, story time, the chance to explore the teddy village, take part in the Teddy trail or even ride inflatables!
You can pre-book a Make a Ted Workshop (Extra charges apply – you will be prompted at the purchase screen) and much more.
Sacrewell heritage farming and visitor attraction is run as a charity by The William Scott Abbott Trust and has a range of animals and rare breeds to see, farming machinery and the restored Mill.
You can find it just off the A47 near Wansford, Peterborough (PE8 6HJ).
