ESP had an exclusive first look at the Trapp’d real life escape games experience now open at Peterborough Greyhound Stadium.
Attached to the Stadium, the exciting new rooms host two themes – ‘Madame Curio’s Cirque Delirium’ and Wild West ‘The Outlaws of Red Rock’ – where people are set the challenge of escaping within an hour!
Participants use their teamwork skills, intuition and intelligence to crack challenging codes, solve mind bending puzzles and unlock cryptic clues which will ultimately lead to their escape.
Every room has a story and you have to use the elements of the room to solve the ultimate puzzle and escape in time. Can you crack it in time?
I popped down to find out more, along with Miss Peterborough, Laura Bailey, just before the rooms were officially opened.
Matt Street, the Managing Director of Trapp’d (pictured right with Laura Bailey) told me more about the experience. “It’s such a lot of fun,” he said.
“Anyone over the age of 10 can take part. It’s great seeing everyone getting real competitive and having a great time.”
Matt explained to me, “Whenever I speak to people about the circus themed room, people always ask in fear as to whether there’ll be clowns. I’d like to reassure anyone with a phobia that there will not be any.”
Trapp’d has just opened (October 7) – to find out more, visit www.trappd.com.
