TURTLE BAY PETERBOROUGH LAUNCHES NEW COCKTAIL MENU

Turtle Bay in Peterborough is as popular for its amazing cocktails as it is for its delicious food and now there’s something new behind the bar as they announce a brand new cocktail menu!

The Caribbean beach-shack inspired restaurant, famous for its all day and late night happy hour, is launching a whole new collection of tropical cocktails set to bring Caribbean good times to Peterborough this autumn.

As the nights start to draw in, Turtle Bay has ramped up its island-style beach bar vibes with an expertly curated new cocktail collection, all designed to make the magic of the ‘Caribbean social’ part of the everyday here in Peterborough.

Rum connoisseurs won’t be disappointed, with Turtle Bay’s huge collection showcased throughout the new menu, creating a wealth of ways to enjoy the Bay’s trademark spirit - from white to dark, coconut to spiced.

After shaking up a storm behind the bar, the team have revealed some fruity new twists on favourites including a Pineapple Daiquiri (with Jamaica Cove Pineapple Rum & triple sec, fresh lime & pineapple); the Coconut and Grapefruit Mojito (with Koko Kanu & white rum, fresh coconut, mint, lime & grapefruit); and the Spiced Julep, (with Duppy Share Spiced Rum & tequila, fresh lime, mint, apple & ginger beer).

A summer fave made even better and given the tropical treatment is the new Grapefruit Fizz - a mix of Aperol, passionfruit, grapefruit & Prosecco, just one sip will have guests floating away from the Autumn grey skies to turquoise waters, white-sand beaches and Caribbean good times.

Meanwhile some unique and beautiful new white rum drinks have been shaken up for the new cocktail list including Rum Runner (white rum, amaretto & banana liqueur, fresh lime, grapefruit & raspberry); Montego Bae (Wray & Nephew, falernum, fresh lime, apple & pineapple) and the Kingston Solero - the ultimate rum refresher with white rum, mango, passionfruit, coconut milk, vanilla & fresh lime.

All of these and many of the Turtle Bay classics are included in the famed Happy Hour - where all of the city centre restaurant’s tropical cocktails are available as 241 from 10am - 7pm daily, and again from 9.30pm during the week and 10pm at weekends right up until close.

Open for both reservations and walk-ins, Turtle Bay caters to fans from breakfast through to the small hours. Turtle Bay’s all day food menu boasts a wide selection of Caribbean soul food and grazing options from their island-inspired breakfast dishes to the Jerk Pit BBQ; comforting curries to clean-eating inspired Buddha Bowls; plus an excellent range of burgers, beach salads and sides.

Turtle Bay is also home to one of the biggest vegan collections on the high street with incredible plant-based treats in abundance across the entire menu. From breakfast to mains, desserts and snacks. And the entire cocktail and mocktail collection is vegan too.
