Soap and Pop Stars join forces over the Rainbow as The Wizard of Oz hits Peterborough this Easter.
The fun-filled family favourite has been turned into a Pantomime-feast for all starring S Club 7’s Tina Barrett and Eastenders’ ‘Lucy Beale’ Melissa Suffield.
Following a hugely successful summer season run through 2013 in Blackpool public demand has commanded a Nationwide Tour to take place.
Join Dorothy, the Scarecrow, Tin Man and the Cowardly Lion on their adventure to see the Wizard of Oz for their dreams to be fulfilled.
S Club’s Tina plays the ultimate villain the Wicked Witch of the West attempting to steal the iconic red shoes from Melissa Suffield’s Dorothy.
Producer from Trio Entertainment, Kevin Brown said: “The Wizard of Oz promises magic, music and laughter by the bucket load.
“We’ve got a fantastic family pantomime with a first-rate cast. Our Scarecrow will have you rocking with laughter and you’ll be dancing in the aisles to a mix of music. This show is not to be missed. Expect the unexpected and you won’t be disappointed.”
Catch the show on Tuesday April 15 at the Cresset in Bretton. Tickets are £13.50 / £12.50 concessions on 01733 265705.
